About

Hi, I am Dr. Johannes Bayer... this is me...

Sometimes I am a trusted advisor, sometimes sparring partner, hired brain, listener, coach, consultant, pain in the back.

I am all in for my clients. We are going on the mission together!

I am not teaching people how to do the impossible! I don´t have a recipe or 20 steps to achieving anything… I am here for my clients, I am all in, I believe in you… I am on the same journey as you… on my very own impossible mission… I am on a mission to make 100 impossible projects happen… your projects… I am here for you, to challenge you, push you… so you achieve more than you thought you were capable of…

If this resonates, you’re in the right place.

I grew up in Berlin. I worked and lived a long time abroad. In twenty years I built a reputation for doing what looks complex — even impossible – to others.

It really triggers me when someone says “You can´t do that. That’s impossible”…. I have a PhD in sensemaking. I cannot help it but try to figure it out – or do it 😊

And I love challenges, the more complex the better… someone once called me the “German version of the Swiss Army Knife” and I just see patterns where others just see chaos…

So…

My track record...

My life mission: 100 Impossible Projects (most of them will be supporting yours)

My own track record?

  • As a teenager I did competitive rowing – people said “you are too tiny and lightweight – you are just a cox, not a rower”. I went on to win 3 medals at national youth champs – as a rower
  • I read a book written by a marathon runner, claiming you can run a marathon with training just 2-3 times a week. I did not believe it but tried it out. Berlin marathon in 3:52h … it worked
  • I did a PhD – basically because it was the easier option because I was too lazy to apply for a job and had the chance to choose a topic of my own – started without topic or supporting company (like everyone else…) and after 3 months my supervisor left without telling me… well, it worked out in the end…
  • Was a heavy smoker…quit smoking over night… never looked back …
  • Boreout at work – which led to my 100 interviews in 100 days challenge and developing an executive onboarding program for leaders in transition – just because I can 😊
  • Burnout, depression and recovery …. Well, ….never want that again…
  • Bob Ross said: Everybody can paint! – I have no talent whatsoever but he was right… I learnt to paint Bob Ross style…had my first small exhibition in 2023… on my way to find my own style now
  • After 20 years of no sports started trail running…. Six months to my first UltraMarathon in 2024 (47km)…. Second one 2025 (64km)… this time with 1-2 times of training per week … made it 🙂
  • Someone said I could not set up an invitation‑only, international community where it’s safe to dream big, be challenged, and have fun doing the work… Well, I did! We are currently in Season 2 of my own TSYCDI community: “TSYCDI – They Said You Cannot Do That”
  • Currently working on a social project for my local Rotary Club … work in progress … my current mission 😊
